The MAX6862UK17: If your monitored rail dips below 1.665V, the active-low, push-pull output drives low immediately, holding the system in reset until the supply recovers and the timeout expires. The reset timeout is adjustable or selectable via an external capacitor, so you set the hold-off period to match the power supply's rise time and the downstream device's startup requirements.
