Multi-Voltage Supervisor in SOT-23-6
The MAX6831YGUT+ is a dual-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring two supply rails with thresholds at 1.11V and 2.19V.
What the reset timeout and thresholds mean for your board
The 140ms minimum reset timeout gives downstream logic and the processor time to stabilize after the supply rails come up — long enough to cover most power-on ramp profiles and oscillator startup delays. The two monitored thresholds (1.11V and 2.19V) are set for common low-voltage cores (1.2V or 1.8V nominal) and 2.5V or 3.3V I/O rails, respectively. If either rail dips below its threshold during operation, the open-drain output pulls low without requiring a pull-up voltage matching the supervisor supply — it can be pulled up to any rail up to the absolute maximum.
