Dual-threshold supervisor in SOT-23-6
The MAX6831SHUT+T is a multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors two supply rails with thresholds of 1.313 V and 2.93 V, asserting an active-low reset when either rail drops below its threshold. The 140 ms minimum reset timeout holds the processor in reset long enough for the power supplies to stabilise after a brownout or power-up, preventing premature code execution.
Temperature grade and package fit
Housed in a 6-lead SOT-23 (SOT-23-6, supplier package SOT-6), it occupies minimal board area and is a surface-mount fit for dense mixed-signal designs.
