Dual-threshold supervisor in SOT-23-6
The MAX6829YHUT-T is a two-channel multi-voltage supervisor from Maxim Integrated, packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23. It monitors two independent supply rails with thresholds set at 1.313 V and 2.19 V, and asserts an active-low reset output when either rail drops below its threshold. The reset output is push-pull / totem-pole, so no external pull-up resistor is needed on the RST line. The reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms, giving the downstream system time to stabilize after the monitored rails come into regulation.
Temperature grade and environment
It fits into engine-bay electronics, industrial control modules, and outdoor telecom gear where the ambient temperature swings beyond the commercial 85°C ceiling.
