What the two monitored voltages mean for your board
The MAX6826SUT-T is a multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices that keeps an eye on two supply rails at once — one fixed at 2.93 V threshold, the other adjustable with an external resistor divider. That second adjustable channel is what makes it useful for systems where you need to sequence or protect a core voltage plus an I/O or memory rail, without adding a second supervisor IC. The active-low reset output stays asserted for a minimum of 140 ms after both voltages rise above their thresholds, giving the downstream processor or FPGA time to stabilize before the reset pin releases. The push-pull (totem pole) output means you don't need an external pull-up resistor — it drives high or low directly, which simplifies the BOM on a tight board.
Temperature range and where it fits
A motor drive controller or an engine-bay ECU that sees 105°C on a summer day still has margin before the part hits its upper limit. The SOT-23-6 package is hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron — no hot-air station required. The 0.95 mm pin pitch and visible leads make it a good fit for a prototype board or a small production run where you want to avoid the inspection hassle of a QFN.
