Dual-rail supervisor in a SOT-23-6
One channel has a fixed threshold of 2.63V; the second channel accepts an adjustable threshold via an external resistor divider. The push-pull, totem-pole output asserts reset active low when either monitored voltage drops below its threshold and holds reset for a minimum of 140ms after all rails return above threshold. The SOT-23-6 package fits tight layouts alongside the power entry stage.
Push-pull output — no external pull-up needed
The push-pull output (totem pole) drives the reset line high or low without requiring an external pull-up resistor. That saves one component per supervisor channel and keeps the BOM count low. Open-drain supervisors need that resistor; this part does not. The active-low reset polarity matches the convention used on most MCUs and SoCs that expect a low-true reset signal.
Thresholds and monitoring flexibility
The fixed 2.63V threshold monitors a 2.5V or 2.8V rail. The adjustable channel sets a trip point for a second rail using two resistors.
