4.6V threshold supervisor in 8-µMAX
The MAX6807US46-T is a single-channel Simple Reset/Power-On Reset supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring a single voltage rail with a 4.6V threshold. Reset output is Active High with a push-pull, totem-pole stage. That means the output drives high when a reset condition is detected — no external pull-up resistor needed, and the logic sense matches systems where the enable or reset line is active-high. The push-pull stage also eliminates the contention risk of an open-drain output on a shared bus.

Supplied in the 8-µMAX package, a space-saving 3.00mm-wide footprint that sits on a standard surface-mount assembly line.
