Threshold and reset behaviour
The MAX6806SA23 monitors a single supply rail and asserts a reset when the voltage drops below 2.3 V. The reset output is active-low, push-pull — it drives low on fault and returns high when the supply recovers, with no external pull-up resistor needed. After the supply rises above the threshold, the output stays low for a 30 µs typical reset timeout before releasing. This debounce period prevents false resets during supply glitches shorter than the timeout.
