Active high output — confirm polarity before layout
Active high reset is less common than active low; many processors expect a logic-low during reset. Before committing the BOM line, verify that the target processor's reset input is active high — or plan an external inverter. The push-pull output eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor, saving one component per board.
Housed in a SOT-143-4 surface-mount package, this part occupies minimal board area. The four-pin footprint is standard and easy to route.
