The reset output is active-high, push-pull (totem pole). It drives high when the supply is below the threshold, and does not require an external pull-up resistor.
The reset timeout is 1ms minimum. After the supply rises above the threshold, the output remains asserted for at least 1ms to allow the system to stabilize.
