Regulator/Supervisor with precision threshold
The MAX6766TTSD2+T is a combined linear regulator and voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring a single supply rail with a 2.888V threshold and asserting an active-low reset when the monitored voltage dips below that level. The reset output is push-pull/totem-pole, eliminating the need for an external pull-up resistor, and the reset timeout is a minimum of 8.75ms, giving the downstream rail time to stabilise before the system releases from reset.
Package and temperature range
The wide temperature grade suits industrial and automotive environments where the ambient inside the enclosure can exceed 85°C — the 125°C ceiling gives headroom for self-heating from the pass element.
