The MAX6764UT/GH9: It monitors two supply voltages and asserts a reset signal when either falls below the adjustable threshold. Two-voltage monitoring in a single SOT-23-6 package saves board space compared to using two separate reset ICs.
Automotive temperature grade and package fit
That temperature band covers under-hood and engine-bay environments where a 105°C soak is routine and 125°C is the survival ceiling. Housed in a 6-lead SOT-23 package, the MAX6764UT/GH9 mounts on standard surface-mount pads with a 0.95 mm pitch. The package is small enough to fit on a cramped ECU board but still hand-solderable for prototyping.
