Three-rail supervisor in a SOT-23-8
It is designed for systems that need reliable power-up sequencing and brown-out detection across multiple supply domains — think FPGA core, I/O, and auxiliary rails in a single compact SOT-23-8 package. The push-pull output drives logic inputs directly without a pull-up resistor. Reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms, giving the downstream ICs time to stabilise after the monitored rails come into regulation.
SOT-23-8 is a standard surface-mount package.
