Triple voltage supervisor in a SOT-23-8
The MAX6725AKAVDD3+ is a triple, ultra-low-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring up to three supply rails with thresholds of 0.788 V, 1.575 V, and an adjustable third channel.
Reset outputs and timing
Both active-high and active-low reset outputs are available, each with an open-drain stage, giving the system designer flexibility to interface with either polarity of the downstream reset input without an external inverter. The reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms, which ensures the processor or FPGA has completed its power-up sequence before the supervisor releases the reset line.
Housed in an 8-pin SOT-23 package, the MAX6725AKAVDD3+ occupies a compact footprint suitable for space-constrained automotive ECU and sensor module designs. Surface-mount assembly with standard SOT-23-8 land pattern; the low pin count keeps the fan-out simple on a two-layer board.
