Three-rail voltage supervisor in SOT-23-6
The MAX6724UTSVD3-T is a three-channel multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors up to three independent supply rails with thresholds at 1.575 V, 3.075 V, and one adjustable input. The active-low reset output is push-pull, totem-pole, eliminating the need for an external pull-up resistor on the reset line. A minimum reset timeout of 140 ms holds the system in reset long enough for all rails to stabilise after power-up, which is the standard window for most MCU and FPGA power-on sequences.
Threshold selection and monitoring strategy
The adjustable input lets you set a third threshold with an external resistor divider, so the supervisor can monitor a 1.2 V, 2.5 V, or any other rail the design requires. Because the reset output is active-low push-pull, it drives the reset input of the downstream processor directly without contention — no open-drain bus sharing, no pull-up resistor. This matters when the supervisor is the sole reset source on a board.
It is RoHS non-compliant per the listing, so verify your assembly's exemption policy if the design requires RoHS compliance.
