The Maxim Integrated MAX6724UTSHD3-T is a three-channel multi-voltage supervisor in a SOT-23-6 package. It monitors three supply rails with thresholds of 1.313 V, 2.925 V, and an adjustable third channel, and drives an active-low, push-pull reset output. The 140 ms minimum reset timeout holds the system in reset long enough for all rails to stabilise before the processor starts.
Thresholds and reset behaviour
Two fixed thresholds — 1.313 V and 2.925 V — cover common low-voltage cores. The third adjustable input lets you set a custom trip point with an external resistor divider. The active-low reset output is push-pull, so it does not need an external pull-up resistor. When any monitored voltage falls below its threshold, the reset line goes low and stays low for at least 140 ms after all voltages return above threshold.
Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package. No special handling beyond standard SMD reflow. The small footprint fits tight layouts, but the pin pitch is fine enough that a hand-solder swap in the field needs a steady hand and a fine tip — not a parking-lot repair.
This part is RoHS non-compliant. If your BOM requires RoHS, you will need to evaluate an alternative or secure a waiver. The non-compliant status is a firm constraint — do not assume a lead-free reflow profile works without verifying the material set.
