Triple-rail supervision in a SOT-23-6 footprint
The MAX6723UTSHD3+ is a triple power supply monitor from Maxim Integrated that tracks three independent voltage rails with thresholds at 1.313V, 2.925V, and an adjustable input — covering the common core, I/O, and auxiliary supplies in a mixed-voltage system. The active-low open-drain output asserts when any monitored rail falls below its threshold and holds reset low for a minimum of 140ms after all rails recover, providing the power-good sequencing delay that FPGAs, SoCs, and multi-rail ASICs require during startup.
What the thresholds mean for a multi-rail BOM
The fixed 1.313V threshold suits a 1.2V or 1.8V core rail with about 90mV of margin below nominal; the 2.925V threshold covers a 3.0V or 3.3V I/O rail. The adjustable input, set with an external resistor divider, lets the third channel match any intermediate voltage (e.g., 1.5V, 1.8V, or 2.5V) without a second monitor IC.
