Three-rail watchdog in a six-pin SOT
The Maxim Integrated MAX6719UTTZD3 is a three-channel multi-voltage supervisor that monitors three supply rails. It monitors a fixed 2.313 V threshold, a fixed 3.075 V threshold, and one adjustable input. The active-low, open-drain output pulls low when any monitored voltage falls below its threshold, and holds low for a minimum of 140 ms after all rails recover.
Thresholds and the adjustable channel
Two of the three thresholds are factory-set: 2.313 V and 3.075 V. The third channel is adjustable via an external resistor divider. The SOT-23-6 package keeps the footprint small.
Temperature range and industrial fit
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, this part is comfortable in industrial control, outdoor telecom cabinets, and factory automation panels. It is not qualified for automotive (no AEC-Q100 listed) nor for extended military temperatures. The active-low, open-drain output lets you wire-OR the reset with other supervisors, which is handy in multi-rail designs where a single reset signal must be driven by several monitors.
RoHS non-compliance — read this before the BOM
The MAX6719UTTZD3 is marked RoHS non-compliant. If your assembly line or end-market requires RoHS exemption (e.g. certain industrial, military, or medical applications with leaded solder exemption), this part can still be used. But if you need full RoHS compliance for consumer goods or European WEEE-directed products, you will need a different variant.
