Surface-mount SOT-23-6, supplier package SOT-6. The compact footprint suits space-constrained designs like single-board computers, IoT gateways, and portable instrumentation. No special pad geometry required — standard SOT-23 land pattern applies. The strip packaging (tube) is fine for prototype and low-volume builds; for production reels, verify the tape-and-reel ordering suffix with your distributor.
This is a current-design-in part suitable for new BOMs and production builds.
It monitors three voltages: fixed thresholds at 1.575 V and 2.925 V, plus one adjustable threshold set by an external resistor divider. This covers common core, I/O, and memory rails in a single package.
The reset output is active-low, open drain. The reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms, which holds the system in reset long enough for all monitored rails to stabilize during startup.
