Three-rail supervisor in a six-pin SOT
It asserts a reset signal—active-low, open-drain—when any monitored voltage drops below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140ms after all rails recover. This part is built for systems that need reliable power-up sequencing and brown-out protection across multiple voltage domains.
Housed in a SOT-23-6 package (supplier device package same), this supervisor takes up minimal board space—roughly 3×3 mm. The six-pin layout includes the three voltage inputs, reset output, ground, and supply. Surface-mount assembly is standard; no special reflow profile needed beyond typical lead-free or tin-lead solder processes.
The extended temperature span covers most factory-floor and outdoor telecom enclosures without needing a mil-spec part.
RoHS status—plan ahead
If your assembly line or customer requires lead-free, RoHS-compliant components, this supervisor will not pass incoming inspection. Factor that into your BOM review early—retrofitting a substitute after layout can be costly.
