Dual-voltage supervisor in a SOT-23-5 footprint
The MAX6718UKSDD3+ is a triple/ultra-low-voltage power supply monitor from Analog Devices, designed to assert a reset signal when any monitored supply falls below its threshold. It tracks two voltages with thresholds at 0.788 V and 2.188 V, making it suitable for systems with mixed 0.9 V core and 2.5 V I/O rails. The minimum reset timeout is 140 ms, which gives the downstream rail and oscillator time to settle before the processor releases from reset. Housed in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A) package, the part occupies minimal board area and is a direct drop-in for designs already using a 5-pin SOT-23 voltage supervisor.
The SOT-23-5 package is a standard footprint with broad second-source compatibility should a BOM hedge be required.
