What this supervisor does on your board
It's built for systems that need to sequence or protect dual-voltage processors, FPGAs, or mixed-signal ASICs from brownout or power-up glitches. Reset timeout is a minimum of 140ms, which gives the downstream processor enough time to stabilize after the rails come up before the reset is released. That's a standard hold-off for most ARM Cortex-M and similar MCUs.
It comes in a SOT-23-5 package. That's a five-pin surface-mount package.
One catch: it's marked RoHS non-compliant. If your BOM requires RoHS exemption or full compliance, you'll need to check the lead-free alternative variants or plan for a waiver.
