Four-rail supervision in a six-pin SOT-23
The MAX6710LUT is a multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors up to four supply rails in a single SOT-23-6 package. It tracks three fixed thresholds — 1.67 V, 3.08 V — plus two adjustable inputs, so a single IC can sequence and protect a mixed-voltage board with 1.8 V core, 3.3 V I/O, and a pair of auxiliary rails. The active-low reset output is open-drain, meaning multiple supervisors can wire-OR their outputs to a common reset line without contention. The 140 ms minimum reset timeout holds the system in reset long enough for all rails to stabilise before the processor starts executing code.
Housed in a SOT-23-6, the footprint is compact enough for space-constrained designs like 1U power shelves or sensor-node power management blocks. The surface-mount package is compatible with standard reflow profiles; no special handling beyond normal MSL precautions.
Available to order against an RFQ through independent distribution channels.
