Four-rail watchdog in a six-pin SOT
The Maxim MAX6710JUT-T is a four-channel multi-voltage supervisor that keeps an eye on up to four supply rails from a single SOT-23-6 package. It asserts a common active-low reset when any monitored voltage drops below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140ms after all rails return to tolerance. That's a lot of supervision density for a six-pin part — useful on a cramped board where you need to sequence or monitor multiple core, I/O, and auxiliary voltages without dedicating a separate supervisor per rail. The output is open-drain, active-low, so it can be wire-ORed with other reset signals or pulled up to a different voltage than the monitored rails. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, covering industrial environments.
Package and mounting
SOT-23-6 is a six-lead surface-mount package.
Lifecycle and sourcing
That means no last-time-buy pressure for BOM planning. Note that it is marked RoHS non-compliant, so verify your assembly's RoHS exemption requirements before specifying it for new lead-free builds.
