Four-rail supervisor in a six-pin SOT
It asserts a common active-low, open-drain reset output when any monitored rail falls below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140 ms after all rails recover.
Threshold selection and BOM fit
The fixed thresholds cover the most common digital supply voltages in mixed-voltage systems. The adjustable input adds a fourth channel for a non-standard rail, using an external resistor divider. The open-drain output allows wire-OR connection with other reset sources, and the active-low polarity matches the reset input of most MCUs and DSPs.
