The push-pull outputs drive directly into the reset and power-good inputs of most MCUs, FPGAs, and SoCs without needing an external pull-up.

The reset timeout is 140 ms minimum, which ensures the processor stays in reset until all supply rails have settled after power-up or a brown-out event.
