Multi-Voltage Supervisor in SOT-23-8 — what it monitors and how it resets
It asserts an active-low, open-drain reset output when either monitored voltage falls below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140ms after all rails return above threshold.
Threshold selection and the adjustable channel
One channel is factory-trimmed to 2.19V. The second channel is adjustable via a resistor divider to the ADJ pin.
The 140ms minimum reset timeout is long enough to let most MCUs and SoCs complete their power-on reset sequence before the supervisor releases the reset line.
