Triple-voltage supervisor in SOT-23-8
The MAX6703ARKA+ is a power supply monitor from Analog Devices that supervises three supply voltages simultaneously — one fixed-threshold input at 2.63V and two adjustable inputs — making it a compact supervisor for multi-rail boards where a single reset signal must assert if any rail falls out of regulation. The active-low, open-drain or open-collector output pulls low on a fault and holds reset for a minimum of 120ms after all monitored voltages return above threshold, giving the downstream processor time to stabilize before code execution starts.
Temperature grade and board environment
The SOT-23-8 package (supplier device package SOT-23-8) occupies minimal board area and suits high-density mixed-signal layouts where a supervisor must sit close to the monitored rail's decoupling capacitor without crowding the routing channel.
