Frequency-output temperature sensor in SOT-23-6
The Maxim Integrated MAX6577ZUT+T is a digital local temperature sensor that converts temperature directly to a frequency output at a scale of 1 Hz per °C. At 25°C the output sits at 25 Hz; at 125°C it reads 125 Hz. No ADC or serial interface is needed — a microcontroller timer channel or frequency counter is all it takes to read temperature.
Accuracy bands and what they mean for your measurement chain
Accuracy is ±3°C at 25°C and ±7.5°C over the full range.
Supply flexibility and package
The SOT-23-6 footprint (SOT-6) is a standard small-outline transistor package.
