Single-rail supervisor with a 3.075V trip point
The MAX6424UK31+T: The reset output is active-low push-pull (totem-pole), meaning the output drives both high and low without requiring an external pull-up resistor. This simplifies the interface to the downstream microcontroller's reset input, which usually expects a clean logic-low pulse during power-up or brownout.
Temperature grade and package fit
The 125°C ceiling is the junction temperature — the part itself generates negligible self-heating, so the ambient rating is effectively the board temperature limit. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23-5 (SC-74A) surface-mount footprint with a 0.95mm lead pitch. The small body (roughly 2.9mm × 1.6mm) fits into compact power-management blocks where board space is tight. The reset timeout is adjustable via an external capacitor on the CT pin, giving the designer control over the delay before the reset de-asserts after the supply recovers.
