The push-pull, totem-pole output drives the reset input of an MCU, FPGA, or SoC directly without an external pull-up resistor. The reset timeout is adjustable or selectable via an external capacitor, giving the designer control over the delay before the part releases the reset after the supply returns.
Housed in a SOT-143-4 surface-mount package (TO-253-4 equivalent). Four pins — supply, ground, reset output, and the capacitor-adjust pin for the timeout. The small footprint fits tight layouts on mixed-signal boards or multi-rail power-management sections.
Listed as Active in production, ROHS3 compliant. No last-time-buy or obsolescence risk for new designs.
