Dual-rail supervisor in SOT-23-8 — what it monitors and how it resets
One channel is fixed at 2.93V; the second is adjustable via an external resistor divider, which lets you set the trip point to any voltage above the internal reference. The reset output is active low and configurable as open-drain or push-pull — open-drain suits wired-OR sharing with other supervisors, push-pull drives CMOS inputs directly without a pull-up. Reset timeout is 140ms minimum in the fixed configuration, or adjustable with an external capacitor for longer hold-off periods. That 140ms window covers most processor power-on-reset requirements and brown-out recovery sequences without external timing components.
RoHS status — plan your BOM compliance early
For volume commitments or blanket-order coverage, the active lifecycle means the factory pipeline is open — lead time is established during the RFQ process, not assumed from a shelf count.
