Voltage supervisor with dual monitoring and 140 ms reset timeout
The MAX6387XS46D3+ is a Power Supply Monitor from Analog Devices that supervises two voltage rails and asserts an active-low reset when either drops below the 4.63 V threshold. The reset output is push-pull, totem-pole, so no external pull-up resistor is needed on the RST line. The reset timeout is 140 ms minimum, giving the downstream processor time to stabilize after the supply returns within tolerance. The -40°C to +125°C operating range covers industrial and automotive ambient conditions without derating.
