What this supervisor does — and what it doesn't
The reset output is active high, push-pull. That means the pin goes high when the monitored voltage is out of tolerance. If your processor expects an active-low reset (the more common case), you'll need an inverter or a different part. The push-pull output drives the reset line directly without an external pull-up resistor. Temperature range spans -40°C to 125°C. The SC-70-4 package is small.
Lifecycle and compliance
RoHS non-compliant, so if your BOM requires RoHS, this part won't pass. For leaded assemblies or legacy builds where RoHS exemption applies, it's still a viable choice.
