3.08V threshold supervisor in SC-70-3
The MAX6382XR31D3: The reset output is Active High with a push-pull, totem-pole stage — it drives high when the monitored rail drops below threshold and stays high through the timeout period after recovery. Housed in the SC-70-3 (SOT-323) surface-mount package, it occupies minimal board area and suits dense mixed-signal boards where a supervisor must sit close to the monitored rail. The -40°C to 125°C operating range covers industrial and automotive ambient conditions without derating.
Reset behaviour and rail monitoring
Monitors a single voltage rail at 3.08V threshold. When the supply drops below this level, the Active High reset output asserts high. After the rail returns above threshold, the reset remains high for the 140ms minimum timeout period, giving the downstream processor or logic time to stabilise before de-assertion.
