6-uDFN voltage supervisor with 3V threshold and 140ms timeout
The MAX6381LT30D3+T is a simple reset/power-on reset IC from Maxim Integrated, monitoring a single 3V rail with an active-low, push-pull output. The 140ms minimum reset timeout gives downstream logic time to stabilize after the supply crosses the threshold. The exposed paddle under the package aids thermal transfer to the ground plane.
A microcontroller in an engine-bay ECU or a base-station power controller sees the same reliable reset assertion across the full thermal swing.
