The 2.93V threshold is set for monitoring a 3.3V rail — it trips before the rail falls below the minimum operating voltage of most 3.3V logic, giving the system time for an orderly shutdown. The 140ms minimum reset timeout holds the reset line low long enough for the downstream device to complete its internal reset sequence after the supply stabilises. Operating temperature spans -40°C to +125°C, covering the full automotive ambient range including under-hood and cabin environments.
6-uDFN package — board-fit checklist
The 6-uDFN (1.5x1) package is a 6-lead, 1.5mm × 1.0mm plastic DFN with an exposed pad. The supplier device package is 6-uDFN (1.5x1), and the mounting is surface-mount only. The small footprint saves board space but demands a well-designed solder stencil and reflow profile for the exposed pad — the pad acts as the primary thermal path, so the PCB copper landing should match the package outline for effective heat spreading.
