Active-low reset, push-pull output
The reset output is active low — it goes low when the monitored voltage is out of tolerance. The push-pull stage can source and sink current, so it drives the reset input of an MCU or FPGA directly without a pull-up resistor. That saves one component per reset line. The output stays low until the supply is stable above the threshold, then releases high. No open-drain, no external resistor needed.
Temperature range and environment
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, this part covers industrial environments. The SOT-23-3 package is surface-mount and reflow-compatible.
Lifecycle and sourcing
No last-time-buy or end-of-life notice is in effect. It can be specified into new designs without near-term obsolescence risk.
