Threshold and output behaviour
The MAX6376XR22+ is a single-channel voltage detector from the ultra-low-power MAX6376 family, monitoring a single rail with a 2.2V threshold. When the monitored voltage drops below that threshold, the output goes active-high — a push-pull, totem-pole stage that can source or sink current without an external pull-up resistor.
Housed in a 3-lead SC-70 (SOT-323) package, the MAX6376XR22+ occupies minimal board area — the SC-70-3 footprint is roughly 2.0 mm × 2.1 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained designs such as handheld or battery-powered equipment.
