2.63V threshold supervisor in SOT-23-8
The MAX6367PKA26+ is a battery-backup circuit supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors a single supply rail and asserts a reset when the voltage drops below the 2.63V threshold. The reset output is active-low, open-drain — it pulls low during the fault and releases after a 150ms minimum timeout once the supply recovers, giving the downstream processor time to stabilize. Housed in an SOT-23-8 package, it fits compact designs where board space is tight but a reliable power-fail or brownout detect is needed.
Temperature grade and supply monitoring
The open-drain output allows wire-OR connection with other fault signals on the same pull-up rail, common in multi-voltage systems where a single reset line serves several ICs.
