What the 2.32 V threshold means for your rail
The MAX6367LKA23 is a single-channel battery backup supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring a single voltage rail. Its 2.32 V threshold is the trip point at which the reset asserts — if your monitored rail dips below that level, the active-low push-pull output goes low and holds for a minimum 150 ms reset timeout, giving the downstream processor time to complete a clean shutdown or hold in reset until the rail recovers.
