Active-high reset and open-drain output
Active-high reset means the RESET output goes high when the monitored voltage falls below threshold and stays high for the timeout period after recovery. The open-drain output requires an external pull-up resistor.
Maxim lists the MAX6366HKA29 as Active in production. The part carries a RoHS non-compliant status, so verify your assembly's exemption requirements if your process is RoHS-exempt; for RoHS-required builds, a compliant variant may be needed.
