150 ms reset timeout — sequencing the startup
Once the supply recovers above the threshold, the reset output stays asserted for a minimum of 150 ms before releasing. That delay gives the oscillator, PLL, and internal registers time to stabilise before the MCU starts executing code. For a fast-booting part that needs a shorter hold, this timeout may feel long; for a larger SoC with a Flash-based bootloader, it is about right. No external capacitor needed to set the delay.
No last-time-buy window to manage. The part is RoHS non-compliant, so factor that into your BOM if your assembly line or end-market requires lead-free compliance.
Industrial temperature range and environment
The SOT-23-6 package handles the thermal cycling well — no underfill needed for most applications, though a conformal coat is wise in humid or condensing environments.
