Three-rail voltage supervisor in a six-pin SOT-23
The MAX6356RVUT-T monitors three independent voltage rails — 1.58 V, 2.63 V, and one adjustable threshold — and asserts a common active-low reset when any rail drops below its threshold. The reset output is push-pull, totem-pole, so it drives the reset input of an MCU or FPGA directly without an external pull-up. The 100 ms minimum reset timeout gives the downstream processor time to stabilize after the rails come up.
Threshold voltages and monitoring strategy
The part is rated for continuous operation across this range, so it suits outdoor telecom cabinets or factory-floor control panels.
Active production and sourcing
Note that this part is listed as RoHS non-compliant — if your assembly process requires RoHS exemption or you are working under a legacy solder process, this is a factor to confirm against your internal compliance requirements.
