What this supervisor does on the bench
The MAX6351SYUT-T is a two-channel multi-voltage supervisor from Maxim Integrated that monitors two independent supply rails and asserts a single active-low reset output when either voltage drops below its threshold. It's the kind of part you find holding up the reset line on a multi-rail board — DSP core, FPGA bank, or mixed-signal front end — where a glitch on one rail could corrupt the state. The reset timeout is a minimum of 100 ms, long enough for the slowest rail to stabilise after a brownout. Output is push-pull, totem pole, so no external pull-up resistor needed; it drives the reset input of an MCU or logic gate directly.
Thresholds and what they mean for your rails
The two monitored thresholds are 2.19 V and 2.93 V.
Package and footprint reality
SOT-23-6, surface-mount. Six pins. The supplier device package is the same SOT-23-6.
Temperature range and where it runs
Rated for -40 °C to 85 °C ambient.
