Active production — four-rail voltage monitoring in a SOT-23-6
The MAX6339PUT-T: This covers the common mixed-voltage logic and analog supplies in a single SOT-23-6 package.
What the four thresholds mean for a mixed-voltage board
The adjustable channel lets you set a custom threshold for a 1.8 V or 2.5 V core supply, and the -5 V rail monitors a negative analog supply — typical in op-amp or ADC front-ends that need a bipolar split. The SOT-23-6 footprint keeps the board area small — the part sits in the same land pattern as a standard SOT-23-6 logic gate, so no special layout is needed.
