What the four monitored voltages mean for your board
The MAX6339NUT is a multi-voltage supervisor that watches four supply rails simultaneously — handy when a system has separate core, I/O, memory, and analog voltages and any one dropping out can corrupt state or latch up the bus. The active-low, open-drain output lets multiple supervisors share a common reset line — just wire-OR them together with a pull-up resistor to the supervisor's VCC.
Reset timing and temperature range
Reset timeout is 140 ms minimum, long enough to let all rails stabilise after power-up before the processor starts executing.
Surface-mount, intended for reflow assembly; the small package keeps the board-side footprint minimal, which helps when routing four sense traces to the supervisor inputs.
Marked as RoHS non-compliant, so verify your assembly's exemption allowance or plan for a lead-free alternative if your process requires full RoHS conformance.
