4-channel supervisor in a 6-pin SOT-23
The MAX6339MUT is a 4-channel multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring up to four supply rails with a single active-low reset output. Packaged in a SOT-23-6, it replaces multiple single-voltage supervisors and discrete reset generators on a dense PCB. Threshold options are 2.63 V, 4.38 V, an adjustable channel, and a negative -4.38 V rail — covering the common core, I/O, and negative bias voltages found in mixed-signal and industrial designs. The 140 ms minimum reset timeout ensures the downstream processor holds reset long enough for the power supplies to settle after a brownout or power-up.
Active-low open-drain reset — interfaces directly to MCU reset pins
No external level translation is needed when the pull-up rail matches the downstream device's VCC. The SOT-23-6 package has a standard 0.95 mm pitch and no exposed thermal pad — layout is straightforward on a two-layer board.
Active production — no obsolescence risk
Sourced to order through franchised and independent distribution channels.
