Four-rail supervisor in a six-pin SOT-23
The MAX6339KUT-T: It asserts a reset output (active-low, open-drain) when any monitored voltage falls below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140 ms after all rails recover — long enough for the downstream system to stabilize before the processor starts executing code.
Threshold configuration and channel count
Two channels have fixed thresholds at 2.19 V and 2.93 V; the remaining two channels accept an adjustable threshold set by external resistor dividers, giving the designer flexibility to monitor non-standard voltages like 1.8 V or 3.0 V I/O rails. The open-drain output allows multiple supervisors to wire-OR their reset signals onto a common line — useful in systems where several ICs share a single reset input.
Temperature grade and package fit
The SOT-23-6 package (supplier device package SOT-23-6) is a standard surface-mount footprint with 0.95 mm pitch — easy to route on a two-layer board and compatible with common pick-and-place equipment.
Note that this part is marked RoHS non-compliant. If your BOM requires RoHS exemption or a fully compliant alternative, verify the acceptable exemption category or consider the lead-free variant in this family.
