Four-rail supervisor for multi-voltage system monitoring
The MAX6338OUB-T: This makes it a fit for systems with multiple core, I/O, and analog rails — FPGAs, SoCs, or mixed-signal boards where a single supervisor per rail would consume too much board area. The reset output is open-drain, active-low, with a guaranteed minimum reset timeout of <1 ms. The open-drain output allows multiple supervisors to share a common reset line in a wired-OR configuration — useful when several voltage domains must each be able to assert a system-wide reset. The fast assertion (<1 ms) catches short-duration brownout events that a slower supervisor might miss.
